My New Book is Now Available!!!!
Well, this is the week the book is officially released. By the time you read this, it will be live on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and a few other online booksellers.
This past weekend, I participated in an Ask Me Anything event happening on Reddit. It was an interesting experience and was nice meeting new people.

You Don’t Have to Be An Angry, Resentful Person Just Because Everyone Else Is I don’t think this entry needs a trigger warning in the traditional sense, but perhaps a “take offense” warning is necessary. I’m not attacking or critiquing any specific individual with this entry, although if you take offense, maybe you should stop for a second and figure out why. Click Here
Recovery Wouldn’t Have Been the Same Without My Dogs We’re having our first measurable snowfall of the year and as I look out of the windows of the office that doubles as my bedroom, I can see our three dogs playing outside, reminding me of how I used to play with my brother or other neighborhood kids on a snow day when we were little. The Book Made It to Number One! I sold a few books over the weekend, although not as many as I had hoped. That’s OK. There’s still plenty to do in promotion and I feel good about getting the word out there. This is going to be a multi-month push to get into the right hands and the longer it lives on Amazon, the more likely it is to be discovered without any work on my part. Click Here
Guest Blog: Four Reasons Why Women Are Not Sex Objects According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the definition of objectifying is as follows: “to treat someone as an object rather than as a person.” Now think for a moment if people started looking, referring and treating you like an object. How do you believe you would feel? Insulted? Demeaned? Dishonored? Befouled? Humiliated? Tarnish? Click Here
Think Addiction and Bipolar Disorder aren’t Connected? Think Again. Quite often when I’m doing interviews, I’m asked about the connection between my bipolar disorder and my alcoholism and pornography addiction. I’ve always felt like there was some link between the two, but I finally did a little research to confirm it. As it turns out, there’s a huge link. Click Here
12/4 – The Good Intentions Show For those who prefer video podcasts, this was a great one with Tim Ray, who’s an absolute fantastic interviewer. This is my second time talking to him and it’s always a great conversation. Click Here
12/3 – The Drunkalogues Because my focus is pornography addiction, the fact I was co-addicted to alcohol often flies under the radar. In this interview, we talk about how the two addictions worked in tandem. Click Here
12/2 – From Betrayal to Breakthrough Dr. Debi Silber and I spend a fair amount of time in this 33-minute interview talking about how we can keep kids away from pornography. It’s quite unlike most of my podcast appearances. Click Here
12/1 – My Wakeup Call Host Dr. Mark Goulston has sold over 500,000 books in his career and is more accomplished than I could ever hope to be. This 45-minute podcast is one of the most interesting discussions I’ve had. Click Here
