Great quote from @kianustarr and it’s spot-on. You’re fine. Sure, you’re not perfect and we all have plenty to work on, but if you’re living authentically, you needn’t worry about the judgment of those around you.
Ten years ago I would have had my phone locked down. My read-receipt would be off, as was my gps and you’d need a fingerprint and a code. What was on that phone? Honestly, nothing. I didn’t cheat and I didn’t use my phone for porn. But I hid everything. I was in the critical phase of my addiction. I was paranoid, stressed out, full of anxiety and woefully unmedicated. It was just easier to manipulate everything and try to put off the inevitable rock bottom I knew was approaching.
